Wundrwear Return & Exchange Policy

We get it—sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right. While we don’t offer refunds, we do offer exchanges or store credit on unopened items, because we want you to feel amazing in your Wundrwear.

Here’s what qualifies for an exchange or store credit:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging

  • All tags must still be attached

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

Trying new fits? We’ve got you.
When you order multiple pairs, we always package one pair separately so you can test the fit. If it’s not the right match, just send the unopened packs back—we’ll exchange them for the right size or issue a store credit.

Need a different bralette size? No problem.
We’re happy to exchange your bralette for another size—as long as it’s unworn, with tags still attached. You’ll just need to cover the cost of mailing it back to us, and we’ll send the new size your way (or apply store credit if you prefer).

Something wrong with your order?
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, let us know ASAP so we can make it right. We want every unboxing to feel like a win.


What can’t be returned:

  • Worn or opened items (including underwear and bralettes)

  • Items without original tags

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom items or personal care goods

  • Hazardous, perishable, or flammable products
